 About Me

I decided to become a counsellor after experiencing what it was like to be a client myself.
I know how scary it can feel to share your thoughts and trust someone new, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation before you commit to any sessions.
For me, it’s important that you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings with support.

I choose grief as my niche speciality because I have seen how deeply it weaves into every part of our lives- not just after the loss of a loved one, but also through the end of a relationship, the loss of a job or even the gradual loss of self-confidence. Grief doesn't always look like tears; sometimes it shows up as anxiety, numbness or feeling lost. I help people recognise and process theses hidden losses so they can begin to heal and reconnect with themselves.

I bring over 25 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting people through a wide range of life challenges.
Whether you’re dealing with a life-changing event or struggling with ongoing issues, I am here to hold and support you through these times so you can begin to move forward in a positive way.
